Our Story

We’re the Hansel and Mitts families — two families who came together to bring cattle back to a family farm, simply because we love working with cows.

What started as a return to our roots quickly grew into something more. As time went on, we realized there was a real need — and desire — for quality beef that people could trust. That’s when we decided to start selling our beef directly to consumers.

We believe people deserve to know exactly where their meat comes from and how it’s raised. That’s why our beef is raised without hormones, antibiotics, or chemicals — just honest, high-quality beef from animals cared for the right way.
