How It Works
- Choose Your Share & Deposit: Secure your share with a deposit. (Total for 1/2 share: $1000)
- Processing & Payment: Animal processing occurs on June 2nd, at which time the remaining balance is due ($2000 for a 1/2 share).
- Delivery/Pickup: Expect your order to be ready for delivery or pickup approximately 10-14 days after processing. We will communicate during this time to ensure a smooth fulfillment.

Over the next three months, you'll receive a variety of beef cuts.
Swapping Cuts:
- Want more ground beef? You can trade any other cut for more ground beef.
- Can't trade ground beef: You can't exchange ground beef for other types of cuts.
Example of one month's share:
You will receive 1/3 of each cut per month unless you elect to go get more of a certain cut and we have available inventory.
